Church Road McDonald Series Sauvignon Blanc 750ml

Predominantly made from Sauvignon Blanc grown in the Matapiro Vineyard and tank fermented to retain the pure aromatics of this appellation, while a small portion of the blend comes from our warmer Redstone and Omarunui vineyards. These sites contribute a richer, softer mouthfeel to the wine and give it a drinkability that is the key to the Hawke's Bay Sauvignon Blanc style.
