Church Rd Pinot Gris is made with fruit grown in Hawke's Bay, not a region known for Pinot Gris, is full fruited with Nashi pear and cinnamon spiced apple on the nose. The palate is taut and fresh with the Nashi pear running through the middle and has a long finish. Ideally matched with pea and prawn risotto.
