MARLBOROUGH SAUVIGNON BLANC 2025
AROMA
Fruit-forward Marlborough style. Notes of passionfruit, white peach, and melon lead the nose, underpinned by hints of citrus and a softened herbaceous character of tresh basil or lemongrass. Subtle floral lift and a touch of canned pineapple.
PALATE
Off-dry to dry, with a rounder, juicier mouthfeel. Fresh with slightly softer acidity than expected. Tropical and stone fruit dominate with mellow citrus and a faint herbaceous thread. Minimal minerality, low complexity, but generous and fruity. Medium finish with lingering tropical notes and a touch of sweetness, clean and fresh.
WINEMAKING
The blend of grapes was selected to develop subtleties in protile, unique to the regional characteristics ot
Marlborough and Nelson. Stainless steel fermentation at between 11°C to 15°C using selected aromatic yeasts to retains varietal character and contributes textures and roundness. Fermentation occurred over 3 weeks to achieve desired residual sugar.
