Whiskey produced in batches. Its creators allowed the long maturation period to add depth to the notes of tropical fruits, but made every effort to maintain a balance between the style of the distillery and the influence of American oak, which resulted in a fruity but complex, tropical flavor profile. Each batch is produced once a year and poured without dilution (cask strength) or cold filtering.
